Reviews and Ratings
I had a mixed experience at this hotel. On one hand, the location was fantastic, making it easy to explore the area. The staff were exceptionally welcoming, but there were quite a few issues with the room cleanliness and maintenance. The breakfast options were also subpar, which was disappointing for the price we paid. Overall, it felt more like a budget hotel rather than what was marketed as a higher-end stay.
This hotel is a great choice for anyone visiting Hanoi, offering incredible service, a convenient location, and clean accommodations. The breakfast is delightful, though the bathrooms could use some updating. There were a couple of minor noise issues from the nearby train, but it wasn’t bothersome enough to affect our stay.
I had a rough experience at this hotel, primarily due to the poor condition of the room and amenities. While the staff provided high service levels and were quite helpful, the room itself was outdated and not at all like the pictures I saw online. Additionally, the lack of breakfast options was disappointing. However, the staff's friendliness and willingness to assist did make my stay a bit easier.
The hotel is conveniently located in the bustling heart of Hanoi, making it easy to explore nearby attractions. However, it operates more as a transit hotel for tour groups, leading to noise and a crowded breakfast area. While the rooms are clean and adequate for short stays, it might not be suited for those looking for a peaceful retreat. The staff is friendly and accommodating, which adds to the overall positive experience.
My stay at this hotel was a mixed bag. On one hand, I was impressed by the cleanliness of the hotel and the spacious room. The staff went above and beyond to assist, especially when I encountered an issue. However, the dining options felt lacking, and the noisy environment made it hard to relax. Overall, it offers good value for a comfortable stay, but there are definitely some areas in need of improvement.
