I had a mixed experience at this hotel. On one hand, the location was fantastic, making it easy to explore the area. The staff were exceptionally welcoming, but there were quite a few issues with the room cleanliness and maintenance. The breakfast options were also subpar, which was disappointing for the price we paid. Overall, it felt more like a budget hotel rather than what was marketed as a higher-end stay.

This hotel is a great choice for anyone visiting Hanoi, offering incredible service, a convenient location, and clean accommodations. The breakfast is delightful, though the bathrooms could use some updating. There were a couple of minor noise issues from the nearby train, but it wasn’t bothersome enough to affect our stay.
